A hat in time came out in 2017, but what would have happened if it had come out in 1996? In this fangame you will play with hat kid in a little less detail, explore the small island of mafia land, and get two time pieces. The game is still in early development, if you are interested in participating in the project, contact me. This fangame is not made for profit, I'm just a fan of hat in time who does this for fun.
